Each keepsake is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail. Production typically takes 3-5 business days, and shipping takes an additional 5-7 business days. We'll send you tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow along.
We package every keepsake with care, but if something happens during shipping, we're here to make it right. Simply contact us with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery, and we'll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
